course was good but system used seems like it needs improved. I use the same device for weekly teams call and training courses and always works fine but i struggled with audio/freezing etc

The course was well paced and interesting and Andy kept the energy up so we were kept engaged as the day went on. There was a good mixture of listening, discussion, practical to keep it varied and accessible to all learner types. It felt like a relaxed and safe space to ask questions and learn together.
