The course, content, and instructor were superb and I could not have been happier to attend to refresh my skills and learn new ones with Ken. I would attend a course again with Ken, without hesitation and wish for him to commended for his work.

Would have preferred the same trainer both days but I know that sometimes it is unavoidable

I thought the course was delivered in a professional and friendly manner. We were encouraged to speak out and share experiences to help with our own learning. I also felt it was absolutely fine not to speak out if I didn't feel comfortable and the trainer gave us lots of reminders that if we didn't want to participate in an activity, that was fine too. The training was very clear and the content covered a good amount of subjects. I feel comfortable in knowing how to approach and help a person with mental health.

Really informative, brilliant content especially the videos to help connect. Great delivery from the trainer who created a safe, comfortable environment for open discussions which really helped.

Well constructed course which delivered the objectives completely

Content appropriate and helpful and relevant to the topic. Trainer was engaging, used several different methods to deliver and get delegates to participate in the learning. Trainer used life stories that helped me to connect the theory in to practice. Trainer also ensured that participation in activities were optional so no one felt under pressure and she also looked after the wellbeing of everyone throughout the two days. An excellent course

The course was very insightful and very informative and delivered clearly and professionally by the trainer whos own personal experiences i found very helpful.

The course was very informative, we all interacted well. I do feel that for the amount we paid for the course lunch should of been provided, as this way the group would of interacted together instead of sitting separatly.

Best First Aid course i have completed. Learnt new skills. Mark Holdsworth certainly knows his stuff. The only slighlty negative would be that the training room at Tesco Metro was not big enough for 10 students. But other than that i really enjoyed it.

Leslie, was an excellent trainer, better and more experienced than the usual trainers I get when with St John Ambulance, the experience makes all the difference. I had never practiced the abdominal thrust before or the defibrillater so that was really useful.
