Good course learn a lot but had issues with getting my mic to work. I tested my mic and it was working but during the course, it would not.

The webinar was well constructed, engaging and exactly the right content. Our team have been reluctant to join in - those that have joined in the first session have now signed up for the second one following Ross' superb delivery.
