Technical issues meant that the exam would not work on Firefox, the green bar would not show. But otherwise very enjoyable

The content, materials and trainer was very good. It was very clear and easy to follow. David was very friendly and helpful. One small downside was the platform used for the training as there was some technical difficulties, however David was very patient and helpful.

course was good and informative but was lengthy and sometimes hard to focus over video call

Trainer was very knowledgeable and delivery was clear and concise. Course was a bit fiddly to access as there was no mention in instructions about downloads etc.
