Jack was an excellent and very engaging trainer. There are not many 3 day courses which I have been on that I have stayed engaged for the whole time.

Good course. It was a refresher for me really but it was very clear and slide deck/videos were useful. Trainer was engaging and pace of course was correct for the class.
