fantastic service and very good with changing numbers at such short notice

As a novice to first aid I found that Andy brought me into his world, brought the subject to life and gave the confidence and the approach to put things into practice should the occasion arise. He concentrated on the theory and made sure we had a thorough understanding in a way that was real and I could relate to. We had plenty of hands on practice to consolidate things and help retain what we'd been told and shown. Some of the written assessment questions were difficult to understand but I've done a enough exams through the years so managed to get through them.

Mark Holdsworth is an amazing trainer, he was very engaging and I left the training feeling very confident.. it was a great experience

Daniel presented the course very well, he ensured we understood all the information involved and made it fun too. We left the course with the knowledge and skills needed to carry out our roles as Fire Marshals.
