Would benifit from keeping the first aid booklet

Matt is obviously passionate about his job !! I found the course content very intense. A lot to take in! Mistakes that I made I learned from. The group of candidates were all approachable open and friendly. Always a good help! It would have been helpful / good even if we had been allowed to have taken away the booklet!!
Very in depth and really good book would be useful
Darren was a brilliant teacher explaining everything in a very easy to understand way. Came away feeling more confident to be able to deal with any medical situation.
