was a great informative refresher course with some equipment i have never seen in practise before. I am looking forward to coming across these as i will know what to do. David was very good at his job only criticism i would say if the videos of the examples were not up to standard ie. the use of a profile bed wasnt used correctly which is a health and safety matter in itself.
Very good refresher course. Next best t thing to practical. First time i have seen 4 way glide. So this was good. Would be helpful at the hospice. Thank you David.

Brilliant explanation of level 3 first aid at a pace that was fully understandable, always able to ask a question when you didn't understand or needed clarification of a point
