Darren welcomed us all in a manner which inspired confidence in him and the course - Darren was good at passing on years of experience and made the course very worthwhile attending - all topics were introduced in an interesting way to help learning - thank you.

Training was suitable for the current issues we are living in given that we cant be in close contact. Enough power point and videos to be able get the training across. David was a great trainer and kept us focused.

Course was well presented with all subjects covered adequately. Digital assessment was not so good as you could not go back and correct answers if you realised you had made a mistake
