Sarah presented the course clearly and connected well with the attendees. I came away confident that I understood the course content and happy that I would be able to put what I had learned into practice should the need arise.

Course was very interesting and informative, the only downside is I’ve not received any certificate to prove I’ve completed the course

Really good trainer. Two hours late first day due to the hotel booking error. A lot of content to get through. Could have done with 10 min tea breaks each morning and a shorter lunch a half hour would have worked. Overall very good.thank you
