More informative than my last course and therefore more interesting, trainers made it fun for everybody as well as getting all the information across very clearly.

Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions not enough practical was permitted

It was really good and well structure, well delivered course. When we started the day I wondered if I would be able to remember everything but I was surprised to see how easily it was displayed.

Good - some useful tips given out which helps to remember some little things. The content for 1 day was all relevant.

Parking was an issue, centre of a city and timings means hitting rush hour traffic, in correct address ment that 4 off us went to the rear of a building all looking bemused, where as if you’d have said go to the Jury’s foyer well , we may have had a nice start point

Course trainer kept us all alert and involved and made it very interactive. Great learning environment to have.
