Late change of venue created problems. Participants should of been contacted personally to make alternative travel plans.

Delivery of course outstanding,Trainer professional and made everyone feel at ease on arrival. Introduction was good and trainer gained everyone’s attention immediately. Throughly enjoyed this course and trainer was more than happy to answer questions from group, whilst also ensuring everyone learned from the course. Observation -Trainer gave good eye contact with everyone and engaged with the whole group whilst also ensuring those that were not as knowledgable as others were not singled out and ensured everyone learnt. Really enjoyed this course and a great refresher within my job role as they were some things I had forgot and relearnt.
Trainer put us at ease and was very funny easy to talk to.. took time to explain things further to me if i did understand..the course was excellent and i feel more happy now to go to first aid call out in my store.
