Ian was excellent despite some obvious IT issues which were not his fault. . He was patient, kind and professional with a mix of telling and showing us plus us practising when we needed to. Just what I needed. I had paid for a separate paediatric first aid course which was integrated into the main one on the day. The content was sufficient BUT I had paid extra for a separate hour and feel I have been overcharged. The email communication before the course was not so good . I had issues paying for the two courses which were easily resolved but frustrating and didn’t receive joining instructions until I requested them the day before. Again response to my query was quick and professional but irritating to have to follow up. Thank you
Well delivered, good pace informative humorous ensured all understood content and outcomes with plenty opportunity to ask questions. Stuck to the time related well to delegates Best course of its type i have attended.

The trainer made the course interesting and it made me remember key points.
I think it would be great if allergic reactions e.g anaphylaxis was covered in the 1 day course. Of the topics covered most are extremely unlikely to ever be encountered but with the current focus with allergens in stores I think a few minutes added in on this topic would be most beneficial.
