Excellent trainer Very personable and professional
Given the course is a very hands on one, and yet George was be able to deliver it to the group in the midst of covid by turning the practical into relatable theory and give real life examples of when he's had to deliver it for real took real skill and when we did have to get us to do the practical he kept the work areas very clean, tidy and used sterile wipes etc to keep the risk of covid-19 to as low as possible. Overall first class.
Due to covid restrictions we couldn't do a lot of contact learning but that isn't the fault of the course the trainer was very good
Do not think you can really do a first aid course online, and this was proven as it took so long to register everyone 1 3/4. hours. That the course then had to be rushed through. With no quality time for informal discussion or scenarios. I do not blame the instructor as he did the best he could with the time he had.
The theory online learning and practical were a perfect balance. Caroline is a great trainer, she is enthusiastic and keeps you engrossed in the subject. Very good course

I have been a First Aider at Work for 30 years and can honestly say that this Course was one of the best I have attended. The trainer (Frans) was extremely knowledgeable and used just the right amount of anecdotal and manual based information. Venue was light/airy and easy to find (I actually stay less than a kilometer from it). Well done GreenCross training for a well run , professional approach to FAW Training
