Was sceptical about doing a moving and handling course via zoom, however I was very pleasantly surprised and found it extremely interesting and useful. Excellent trainer and great examples. Would have liked a handbook as everything was online. Not always practical to be online.

It was good with trainer who makes you feel relaxed & comfortable. I’d of liked a section on allergies and anaphylactic shock, I already know these but just a refresh.
