Was engaging the instructor tried to engage everyone
We spent a lot of time on Defibs which seemed excessive when only one store out of around 12 in attendance had one. The course then skips through some of the most common First Aid calls in stores ie cuts, scrapes and burns. The only practical we did was on resuscitation and nothing on bandages which was always quite useful.
Very little practical hands on content. I appreciate the new Covid environment, but the contrast with previous courses is stark.
Adrian was very good, interacted well in what are very different circumstances to hands on courses
The training was very informative, however I felt it was too long I think a lot of it could have been fit into a lot less time. The trainer was good but i think more interaction was needed to keep us engaged and interested as most of us had already done moving and handling training previously so questions could have been asked to us.
Due to covid restrictions we couldn't do a lot of contact learning but that isn't the fault of the course the trainer was very good
Trainer was very knowledgeable and put the group at their ease.
I enjoyed the training and the day. I found the trainer very engaging in his approach, and I could ask any question no matter how silly this may sound and he answered. His jokes on the other hand are diabolical and you need to give him a new joke book. Would love to do training again with him. well worth it.
The course was run well ,after we had to swap venues. Should have been at park head tec, due to location and accessibility. The refresher valuable, giving us a chance to test our knowledge. The app registration, a bit long winded. should have been, in one application.
