The course was very informative and really good to know, as these skills come in handy in any emergency situation. Also Laura made it fun as well and explained everything so well.

Took too long to get everyone in to the question system so course should of started at 9am and didn’t start til 10am. Then we had 10mins every hour and a 45min lunch so too many.

Simon was amazing, that’s the best first aid training I’ve ever been on. Thank you Simon, keep up the fantastic work your doing.

The trainer was excellent. Very good with all types in the group . Excellent atmosphere. Very good highly recommend.

Not an easy subject to deliver on-line but trainer done a great job, I have been to many sessions over the years however I feel if someone brand new to moving and handling this session would be very difficult to put into practice.

Amazing experience, very good teaching

Trainer Kev was brilliant, made the day easy to understand and relaxed. The online assessment was tricky to get into due to the WiFi which having books to complete might have been easier. Otherwise excellent informative course.

Dave is a great trainer that engages with all learners. The delivery of the course was excellent and allowed everyone to interact. Turned what can be a repetitive course into a ' I learnt something' course. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+
