Trainer wasn't very good at tracking time through course. Some parts felt rushed through. Probably too many experience shares early on. Felt uncomfortable at times with his comments and views about Tesco and there 1st aid boxes and AED's.
I did level 2 though not level 3 so the certificate is wrong
The trainer was enthusiastic and funny, but also demonstrated the facts and importance of fire safety.
Really good learning session and refresher for me
