It was a comfortable trading course maybe a little more practical should be included but over all it was good

I found the course relaxed and enjoyable with all practical aspects covered.There were a few issues with sign ons and some had difficulty accessing the final exam.

Andrew was very good at explaining situations & certainly knew more than first aid eg. In depth medical understanding. Learnt a few new things & I’ve been doing first aid courses for a good few years. I found the video’s that he showed us were worth watching.

Trainer was very engaging and made us remember things doing funny stuff

Brilliant course well inducted learnt a lot of things which will come to use in my first aid not just at work but in life

The Training was good, but the venue was a bit horrible. The people next door was so loud that at times I could not hear matt the Teacher. The chairs were horrible to sit on, the next day I had back pain. Other than the above the course was soo good and interesting.

The course questions/exam are done via an app which crashed several times while attempting to answer the questions. With this system, there is no way of going back to review the answers before submitting.

Great to hear stories of first hand experience from the trainer. Excellent delivery!
