Very good and indepth

A most enjoyable and very informative course

Franz was an excellent course leader and imparted a lot of knowledge and understanding in our limited time. Thank you so much for today’s training I hope I never have to use any of it

Training was good especially Day 3. Would have liked to have actually tried to use the defib in a test scenario - we were only shown how to use it.

Very good course but a lot to take in a day

The course delivered everything I wanted and in a way that made it easier to take in and remember

Head injuries and bumps were not covered although several attendees asked as this happens non stop at nurseries, the allergy information was very brief and in not up to date. Epi pens don’t need help in situ for 10 seconds this was reduced to 3 seconds some time ago. Recovery position was not shown or practised . Previous course attended had a lot more content and physical practise.

A lot to cover in a single day.

Interesting course which was well delivered
