The training was concise and interesting

Well delivered and great update on all equipment . Would prefer one to one where possible in the future

A knowledgeable trainer who made the course interesting and informative.

David the tutor was lovely, the only problem was two late starters, so we were sat there as the instructions asked us to be on line half an hour before we had to wait for two ladies till 9.30 so we had therefore been sat for an hour, David was very patient though think i'd have started without them. The course itself was very informative, although personally i prefer a classroom situation and not over zoom.

Thouroughly enjoyed the course. Sharon was fantastic. I feel very confident now, and already put my skills to good use

Good course and I gained lots of knowledge.

The course did not have any course notes, and as such there was no chance to review the content flow. Each subject matter was therefore a surprise when it was introduced. Critically the exam disagreed with the instructed course in one area and ment that it was impossible to revere a 100% score

The course would have been better face to face but David delivered the course very professionally. I learnt a lot and it was a good refresher. It was good to learn about new products. I especially enjoyed the practical video on getti g a patient off the floor.
