The course and trainer were excellent. The only hiccup which I understand does not normally happen, was that our trainer couldn't do day 2. Another tutor took that day and I think it would have run much smoother if it had been the same tutor throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed the course though and left feeling confident.
It was ok, but could have been more engaging. there wasn't really a practical as such and felt the session could be more site specific
I can't download my cert, I've tried to get in contact but heard nothing back. It won't recognise my email address when it asks for it as the password i set isn't working so I have had to select "forgotten password"
Was very good getting a refresher on this course
Very informative day and I've came away with a better understanding of what first aid entails. Our trainer was awesome and was very clear and explained thing so that the whole class could understand. Top notch 👌. Alvin
