New and fressh unable to take coarse till now covis shut down ha

Was great to be able to do a proper (nearly)course with a trainer instead of darm ZOOM That's crap and lasts for a Yr he made course very interesting easy understandable he was very friendly

Rita was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kept the energy high throughout and helped bring to life the theory we were learning.

Excellent training and better way of testing online now.

It was a great training day, lots of practical and theory based knowledge, shared experiences and the ability to support each other.

I knew little about first aid and after attending the course felt much more confident about putting the skills in to practice

The course could have been more centrally located

The trainer introduced the training course with a calm and friendly touch

Our course trainer was very informative and had a wealth of knowledge and experience. She was a good listener and made me feel at ease and not afraid to ask questions.

It was a great highly interactive 3 days session of training.
