The instructor was very knowledgeable in the subject and was able to answer question raised through out the course. The venue refreshments (coffee/tea) were luke warm and the mens toilet facilities near to the training room were out of action!

Bob was an amazing trainer took time and answered all questions and had varied Knowledge he was very willing to share. Fab course hope to have bob for my re tracing when it comes around
