The practical was fantastic and very informative. The trainer was supportive, knowledgable and friendly. I learned alot of good practices in the training. Some of the slides had spelling errors or extra numbers in phone numbers. As a dyslexic individual this negatively affects my learning. In addition some of the test questions seemed poorly worded.
Helen made it enjoyable and a fun way to learn first aid and i feel ive taken more information on this way
Training is excellent however, the slides need to be proof read as there are a number of spelling mistakes and this detracts from all the good stuff Helen has done. Helen has a mind of knowledge, information and lots of anecdotes to enhance the course.
The best First aid course I've been on. Easy delivery of everything we needed to know and he was always happy to answer questions. Such a good laugh and would definitely like to see him in 3 years to do my refresher. Thank you David Gardiner.
