Dave took over from Mark on day two. Both trainers were excellent maintaining the interest of those on the refresher course by introducing updates and various devices we have not needed to be trained on before.
Course was engaging and well presented. Good participation. Course delivered confidently. Good hands on training.

Really engaging and enjoyable, Frans spoke clearly and was a genuinely interesting guy. The only downfall was the overuse of PowerPoint but I could not suggest a better way of displaying the information. Thanks Frans!
