Excellent, Paul was very thorough & informative.
Not enough practical work . It was getting towards 12pm and we hadn't done any practical ie cpr which is what we all want to do as that is the main worry of you ever having to do first aid. If think it would be better doing cpr and recovery position first thing and then again after dinner . The only other thing was the time for the assessment at the end was rushed .
Mandi was a breath of fresh air, her fun personality enabled us to relax and in return share our stories/ experiences which helped understand why they happened and if anything could have been done differently. I learned more on this refresher than in all previous ones. Thank you.
