Good clear communication, effective videos and engaging. Only issues with accessing questions at the end but that was resolved within the time allocated for the course. Thank you.
I had previously attended the same course with the same trainer 3 years ago. There was no change to the course. Including the same anecdotes and jokes. Only change was to some of the practical exercises due to covid.
Good course would like to have a chance to have a slide work book before the class to read before it
The content was good but didn't feel targeted to my grade, maybe a little basic and in an ideal world...
overhaul very interesting very well presented by the trainer would have liked some more practical training but very good.

Very helpful content. A lot of the content will not be relevant for my role as counsellor, however I can think of how to apply the learning if needed.
