This course has been very informative, I personally feel more confident to assist a casualty if they required first aid, than I did before. This course has been interesting, and i was made to feel comfortable and at ease. Paul is kind and caring compassionate person, he also has years of experiences, which we all had the benefit of. Had a great 3 days, Helen was a great tutor, was very patient will all our questioning & with us too. Felt very relaxed and the sprinkles of fun made the course even more enjoyable.
