Best course I had taken trainer was brilliant

The only things missing, in my opinion, are what to do in the event of eye washing and potentially broken fingers, as these are two things that could occur in a supermarket with freezer doors, and bottles bursting.

Nice relaxed course good trainer

Very lovely trainer, spoke well and was very interesting to listen to. Answered any questions I had and always ensured to correct me/us when we were doing practical things. He’s made the course so enjoyable and presented in such a great way that it definitely has made me more confident in providing first aid as he demonstrated and explained everything so well.

I thought that the course was very informative and helpful for me at my place of work.

Some of the videos I didnt feel added to the course and were repetitive for no reason. Really nice to have a trainer who has so much life experience with all of this and he was very clear and delivered the course well. Thank you.

Well presented, friendly and encouraging. Fans was open and inclusive to the whole group, he only encouraged and took time to personalize the course to our group. I enjoyed the whole course.
