David was great but the registration was slow and it wasn't clear how to get onto the course. The website was very slow. One question skipped which meant that I got 96% rather than 100.

Perhaps would have benefitted from having same tutor for each day, but nevertheless interesting to see different teaching styles

The course content was excellent, lots of great theory and practical activities. Seemed to cover all the relevant topics well. Paul was a brilliant trainer, and he used his experiences within the Fire brigade to offer scenarios relating to the course. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. Thanks
