Course materials were detailed and easy to access. Too much time was wasted at the beginning with admin etc. some of this could have been prior to the session.
Instructor was very good and went over the subject in detail and explained everything.
Face to face training could be 20-30 mins shorter.
Kev was engaging, thorough and even funny at times. Good experience overall

Debbie made the sessions really easy to follow and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Many of us have never had any training but, with Debbie’s help, many of us will have the confidence to provide First Aid in any situation. Lovely lady and was really interesting to hear about her own experiences as a first aider.
