Best course I had taken trainer was brilliant

The only things missing, in my opinion, are what to do in the event of eye washing and potentially broken fingers, as these are two things that could occur in a supermarket with freezer doors, and bottles bursting.

Nice relaxed course good trainer

Very lovely trainer, spoke well and was very interesting to listen to. Answered any questions I had and always ensured to correct me/us when we were doing practical things. He’s made the course so enjoyable and presented in such a great way that it definitely has made me more confident in providing first aid as he demonstrated and explained everything so well.

Deborah is brilliantly engaging and communicates well with everyone and is great to learn with

I found David to be very engaging and made the day enjoyable around a course which is mandatory and can sometimes feel like a long day. But David was full of knowledge and seemed to enjoy the challenge of a question.
