The trainer was excellent, well informed and a good communicator. it was a good group size with a good mix of abilities. the only slight (and it is slight) concern, was that the room was a bit restricting when it came to laying bodies on the floor. Otherwise a very good course, I have completed 4 over the years, this I would say was the best. I hope this helps John

I have never attended a first aid course before. I found that this basic course has given me the confidence to deal with an emergency should it ever occur and help someone while waiting for the trained paramedics to arrive. Thanks Stuart Anderson
excellent course , well presented with the right amount of video and audio involved , Neil ( our trainer ) was energetic and enthusiastic and encouraged us to ask questions if there was something we were unsure of or about different scenarios . Certainly made us feel like we had achieved something with us passing the course , would highly recommend .
The trainer Mick was absolutely excellent. Usually all day courses canbe boring, but he made it fun and interesting.
