I was very nervous to start with, Taff was very understanding and soon put me at ease. I really enjoyed the course and feel confident to be able to deal with any first aid in and out of my workplace.

Very interesting and informative, Frans kept us engaged throughout and made it a comfortable environment to ask questions if needed. Friendly, educational with a bit of humour! I feel I have gained a lot of new insights and vital skills

I have done many first aid courses and this one has been the best. Helen knew her stuff and could answer our questions. It was great to be able to practice scenario's using the dummies and colleagues.

was very informative and easy to follow due to andrew explaining things if people didint understand and he told us examples of what he experianced himself and how he delt with situations and what was going through his head giving it a human side to the whole thing. i have recomended other people in work to attend the course
