Fab trainer, explained everything brilliantly

The course was brilliant overall and also the trainer was 100% brilliant and made me feel so at ease through the course the practical side of it and also when I had questions no question was ever silly one.

Mick was fantastic throughout the training. He was able to connect with every member of the group, and made sure the pace was suitable for all. Very engaging, and kept everyone interested. Excellent trainer.

Fantastic course! Gives you enough information/training to make you feel confident in administering First Aid but not too much that you are overwhelmed.. David, our trainer made it fun and informative but also serious when it needed to be.
