Both trainers (Jimmy Robertson & Scott Kincaid) were excellent. Material covered was interesting and the practical elements were very engaging. Nice pace to the course with plenty of breaks and opportunities to ask questions and be involved with personal experiences, and the end of day assessments were easy enough to use.
Overall, the combination of an excellent trainer and well-curated course materials made this training highly beneficial. I feel much more confident in my ability to provide mental health first aid and support those in need
The course was fantastic, Jimmy is an amazing trainer and I found him very engaging and learned a lot from him. I feel so much more confident now in first aid.
A wonderful time that unfortunately ended. Johnny was an excellent trainer, I enjoyed all 3 days on this course. He was also very professional and patient with all of us and made sure we learned everything correctly.
Frans and David were very good, engaging and imparted the vast amounts of information quickly and simply.
