Paul was a well-informed, engaging, friendly and welcoming trainer who made it very easy to settle into what was quite an intensive course of learning. He was excellent at explaining the theory and demonstrating the practice while also giving constructive feedback. I entered the course with no knowledge of first aid, but left with high confidence that I could render first-aid in any situation.

This course was a useful reminder of training from my previous first aid courses. Guy was a great trainer, easy to understand, engaging, made learning fun and covered the content well. Thanks

Was very happy with the course. Done two in the past but I learned a hell of alot more this time round. Mark was spot on at his job felt like he really cared and wanted people to learn he understood there was mixed levels of experience and learning. Most of all he wanted people to feel like they could not only give first aid but actually save a life
