Very good, I attained a high score on the questions asked and the trainer advised some of the detail on a couple of the slides were out of date, based on changes.
Course was well presented and informative instructor was helpful and answered any questions that were asked
I learned more than I had anticipated. It was clear that the trainer was very experienced.
I think that the trainer could have developed some sensitivity towards learners during the session. The trainer went through the slides very quickly so I wasn't able to detail my notes enought that I would have liked to. It also was that we finished early and did not have anything to do until we where able to complete the assesment and it would have been nice to have a course booklet to take home.
Two negative comments would be: the venue was a bit tired and could have been closer to the serving rail service. The questions on the exam were misleading at times. I don’t think it’s appropriate to have questions that are designed to ‘trick’ the participant. The wording in some questions left some doubt as to which answer was correct.

Dawn was very knowledgeable and conducted the training very well. Taking time to ensure all course delegates understood the subject.
Really enjoyed this course and highly rated the trainer. It was well organised and put across, so it was easier to understand
