Really good course with good explanation at all times very approachable and always gives clear answers to questions. Presented very well.

Very helpful to demonstrate practical cpr and recovery positions. Clear information on slide show of different incidents and injuries that could occur. Videos were a very helpful visual.

Training was good and very informative feel confident about using first aid if it was needed.

Most thorough first aid course I have been on. Definitely would feel more confident about administering first aid.
