I got a lot out of the training with thanks to the trainers for making it as practical as possible and interesting.
Only criticism i have was the lack of tea / coffee facilities at the venue. More than happy to pay for anything that was on offer however there was nothing ! Given the location we had to drive approx 1 mile to either "Bothwell" or "Hamilton" town centre to get any refreshments. Really dissappointing and to be honest let the event down. Something that could easily be rectified.
Content of course was very good and the trainer was very good at demonstrating and explaining the content for the course. Thoroughly enjoyed the course. Thank you

The trainer was very good at explaining and did not rush us if we had a question. The only thing I do wish is that we got something on paper to go over what we learned. It would be helpful to take away instructions of what was learned as something to refer back to every now and again as a reminder
Very engaging instructor. Very informative fun day with a lot learnt including practical sessions.
