Course was very informative. I'm new to this and have learnt alot these last 3 days things i would have never known. Brilliant experience.

Good pace, great coverage, good interactions and chat, good mix of practical and theory

Frans was a great course leader. He made the course interesting and relatable by telling personal stories which really helped me engage and buy into the course. There were several practical aspects and videos to support all types of learners. He constantly checked for understanding throughout which helped when recalling the information for the assessment.

Excellent course, really enjoyed it.

Very good, plenty of asides to make it interesting and relevant to a variety of potential situations.

A quick and informative course on the basics of first aid.

The course was good and the trainer was good. Only thing I would suggest would be to have some of the practical in the morning to break it up a bit.

Ray was a great trainer who made things easy to understand and made it really enjoyable learning. He was thorough and great in his explanations
