The course and trainer were both excellent. The IT was shockingly bad when it came to registration. I've received my certificate by e-mail and it won't download so I can't print it.

It was very informative Karl answered all our questions he kept it interesting and light so that we as a group were more interested in what he had to teach throughly enjoyed the course highly recommend Karl
