Trainer was polite, friendly and helpful. He didn't criticise if you got things wrong and was approachable and pointed out differences for things that have changed in the last 3 years.

Frans gave a good overview and well covered the basics of first aider should know and notice, knowledgable and give good cases references. On practice, he can point out what is right and wrong on individually basis so that course learner could rectify immediately. Since there are quite a lot of info, it would be great if the course notes can be sent thru email for more detail readings or revisit.
