Trainer was wonderful (Emma). Very engaging, knew what she was doing and what she was teaching. made the course fun and interesting. Highly recommend her as a trainer
The course itself was well run by Bob and a very useful refresher for my requal. The course admin was very poor. I didn't receive joining instructions until the Friday before the course start on the Monday. The email to enrol was not sent until 10am on the Saturday. The course venue was incorrectly advised meaning that all attendees and the trainer turned up at the wrong venue. There was no provision of lunch and the move to the correct but remote venue meant there was no decent option for lunch. Four days after attending I am yet to receive my requal certificate

Very informative. Gave me confidence and darren was great. He was able to keep us at ease during the whole course, always had time to answer questions if we were not sure. When I emotionally struggled with a part of the course, Darren took time to make sure I was okay, kept a calm and soothing manner so I was able to pluck up the courage to do the part I was struggling with. He also kept things fun in a way that kept our interest. Thankyou Darren!

The course has been very informative and interesting. The instructor has been a good laugh and is actually quite funny. I feel like I’ve learned a-lot of valuable lessons that i hopefully won’t need to use.

I was hesitant about taking the course, it feels like a lot of pressure to be seen as someone certified in first aid but it was really insightful. It was engaging, and encouraging and the instructor did a great job including everyone. There were some memorable anecdotes too that help, at least for me, to remember aspects of the course.
