That was good to know the various techniques to safe the life of human beings. Very informative

Darren was a great trainer and did really well to keep us all engaged and focused and also kept us on our toes at all times. He was kind and focused and would always track back when we needed to. The one comment I would make is that the videos are very out dated which can sometimes be difficult to see and understand what is happening. But that's not fault of Darren.
