Frans clearly has valuable real world first aid experience. Which I felt is really beneficial and keeps you engaged. A really nice man who makes sure you understand bits about the course. And makes you feel at ease asking for help when you don’t understand something.
Clear information given with practical elements really useful Every part was summarised well and time given to ask questions Only negative is it was a lot of information to get in one setting

Small group which made it quicker to get around everyone and everyone had time to ask questions and have a turn on the first aid mannequin
Course was very detailed and informative. Trainer was professional and explained and demonstrated everything very well.
