Enjoyed the session very much, very informative and learnt a lot as well as refreshing myself on previous procedures I have learnt. I enjoyed being able to use the dummies and being given practical advice to help me going forward. Thank you for the session. I felt that maybe the second half of the course was quite rushed, covering lots of areas. Although it wasn’t too fast paced I was not able to process the information.

Darren was a great trainer and did really well to keep us all engaged and focused and also kept us on our toes at all times. He was kind and focused and would always track back when we needed to. The one comment I would make is that the videos are very out dated which can sometimes be difficult to see and understand what is happening. But that's not fault of Darren.

The course itself was well run by Bob and a very useful refresher for my requal. The course admin was very poor. I didn't receive joining instructions until the Friday before the course start on the Monday. The email to enrol was not sent until 10am on the Saturday. The course venue was incorrectly advised meaning that all attendees and the trainer turned up at the wrong venue. There was no provision of lunch and the move to the correct but remote venue meant there was no decent option for lunch. Four days after attending I am yet to receive my requal certificate
