An excellent basic course delivered in a simple but professional way by our tutor who did a superb job in getting us all working together to enhance the learning experience
The course was well organised I learnt a lot with mr kusznir he made the course interesting and sometimes fun he made every one feel relaxed he made it so we all understood what he was saying and explained to us why and how to do things he made me feel confident in my roll as a first aider .
My course was absolutely fantastic. I learn so much that if I need I can use them not only with my family and work. But with all public. My trainer Anita was superb. Full of knowledge,experience that she tried it to pass it to all of us at the course. I m very happy with the course and what I learned.
Trainer improved my confidence. His fun and informative style meant the course was easy to understand and remember. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Practising scenarios outside of the classroom also aided learning
