it would have been beneficial for the facilitator to be given some insight into how we currently operate in Cubo (the temporary Edinburgh office) and in our own site when its open - but that's feedback for BG not the facilitator
Rueben delivered the course in a highly informative manner. Rueben was professional, encouranging and very supportive throughout the course. Excellent opportunities to practice CPR techniques and bandaging skills. The course was set up with a good mix of slides,video and practical work.
Emma is amazing, an excellent communicator, able to convey information clearly and effectively, and hands-on in demonstrating examples. A comprehensive course that covers many first-aid emergencies.
I liked that the course was split into manageable sections and I also liked the practical aspects of the course,

Bradley is a fantastic trainer with a great sense of humor, which makes the sessions engaging and helps everyone stay focused. He does an excellent job of addressing neurodiversity, and I can see my team really grasping the content in this one-day course, which is filled with both theory and practical elements. The PowerPoint presentation could use some improvement, as it contains a lot of information that can be overwhelming. Some symptoms would be easier to understand with video examples. The demo AED is a wonderful addition, allowing us to experience how it works firsthand.
